You are part of the team Driveline installation. You coordinate the activities between the assigned engineers in support of running business and future product development projects.

Ensure the delivery of project deliverables within one or more areas of expertise.
When realizing this, these aspects have to be weighed in order to achieve an optimal balance of service life, reliability, weight and cost (QTCP).
Main Tasks:
• Realize the development of subsystems and/or components for multiple projects in such a way that the constructions released meet the project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the assigned engineers according to the agreed procedure, ensuring results are available on time and according to specification. This also includes coordination with external parties (engineering firms, suppliers).
• Manage the change management process.
• Ensure that technical decisions within projects align with strategies set by the line organization.
• Assist in initiating and drafting risk analyses and validation plans.
• Identify discrepancies (technical content, resource planning) between the desires and decisions of the line organization and project organization.
• Provide input for the assessment and development plans of assigned team members.
• Translate project objectives into requirements for the assigned components or subsystems.
• Ensure product standardization.
• Technically support project teams by researching possibilities, suggesting solutions, and conducting specialized work.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange between specialists and team members and optimize the use of best practices.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and availability of technical knowledge and skills within his area of responsibility.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
Technical education at bachelor's/academic level.
Specialized knowledge in disciplines such as axles, brakes and other relevant parts.
At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with the development process and automotive standards for HD truck applications.
Critical Competencies:
Expertise within relevant disciplines (axles and axles installation)

Practical Information:
- Salary depending on education level, seniority, and relevant experience.
