What are you going to do:

Our client is a young, growing, 100 % online operating company that always looks ahead for new opportunities and challenges. For their German clients, they are looking for an experienced fulltime German-speaking customer support agent for their offices in Leusden. They offer digital solutions for insurances. That means they provide digital insurance services for each customer and those have the flexibility to change, cancel and claim damage digitally at any time and from anywhere!

Your daily tasks as a customer support agent include:

You will help German-speaking customers to understand more about their insurance products and how the system works;
You will help customers with any pending requests or procedures;
You will handle all related inquiries through phone calls and e-mails.

For this vacancy, it is important that you speak and write German fluently (C1+ level). You have the option to work up to 3 days per week from home (50/50 policy).
