Description

Issuing, sending, and managing invoices
Reviewing sales orders and generating sales invoices
Coordinating with the sales and logistics teams regarding invoicing matters
Verifying and managing deposit details for sales invoices
Entering purchase invoices into the system
Assisting with financial reporting tasks
Providing support for general corporate administrative functions

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch or Korean is a plus
Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Solid understanding of office automation tools and general business software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Availability to work full-time, 5 days onsite, with 1 day wfh after first 3 months (40 hours per week)
