Join our team as an Assistant Team Leader, where you'll collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. You'll receive internal training to enhance your skills, with safety as your top priority when operating company vehicles. Flexibility is key, as you won't be confined to just one part of the process. Every day, you'll strive to meet deadlines and be responsible for achieving and improving departmental targets. Additionally, you'll support the Team Leader in managing a team of 15 employees, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and team members work cohesively to reach daily goals.Wij bieden:
- Hourly wage of €15.98;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
- Possibility of a contract with the client;
- 40-hour work week;
- Growth opportunities within the team leader role.
Wij vragen:
- Willing to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts until 9:30 PM;
- Previous leadership experience in a logistics environment;
- Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., VHT, reach truck, etc.) is a plus, but not required;
- A true team player who functions well within a group;
- Strong focus on quality;
- Hands-on mentality — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- Naturally stress-resistant and able to perform under pressure.
