As a Transport Planning Supervisor, you lead a team of 10 FTEs (8 planners and 2 support staff) who ensure that all transport assignments are executed efficiently, safely, and with a customer-focused approach. You optimize the deployment of personnel and equipment, working within established guidelines to achieve maximum performance. You are responsible for P&L and manage your department based on pre-set KPIs. We are looking for an aspiring entrepreneur who can further develop the department within the given frameworks. Your responsibilities include leading the planning team, customer-focused advising and informing, operational planning and deployment, administrative handling, and procurement and charter management.

Wij vragen:

- Higher professional education level, preferably in logistics or transport management;
- Knowledge of the international transport market, experience with air freight is a plus;
- Experience in leading a team in a logistics environment;
- Understanding of administrative processes, driving and rest time regulations, and planning systems;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
- Resilient, decisive, and solution-oriented;
- Accurate and systematic in administration and reporting.
