About Role:

We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer. This position will take responsibility for managing ticket system and working collaboratively with customer and internal teams, Candidate should have some hold on Dutch language.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • CIS Deskside Support with a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting (hardware and software), conduct daily ticket/queue management.
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware & Install, upgrade, and configure hardware /software components to ensure usability by end users.
  • Being aware of command languages for remotely installing and managing the applications.
  • Manage Inventory – creating forecasts for the upcoming months and ordering the hardware based on the requirements, Taking care of shipping damaged/faulty hardware and receiving replacements.
  • Tech-savvy people who are self-motivated enough to provide consistent customer support with minimal supervision will thrive in this role. On any given day, deskside support professionals perform on-site or remote servicing, repair, and installation of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Most deskside support professionals work full-time in an office environment. However, many do not work common nine-to-five hours. Due to their vital role in supporting businesses 24/7, they may be required to work nights or weekends. Deskside support technicians take repair requests in person and by email, phone, or live chat. Offer Customer Service, Problem-Solve Computer Issues, Provide Hardware and Application Support, Install Software Upgrades, Create and Maintain Documentation, Offer Customer Service, Problem-Solve Computer Issues, Provide Hardware and Application Support.
  • This position will be 5 days onsite and based in 2 locations; 2 days support at the OSS office and 3 days at the Boxmeer office.
