Your Role
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and drive meaningful transformation. Your expertise will fuel our innovation roadmap, turning ideas into reality and delivering real value to operations.

Through in-depth research and market analysis, you’ll explore emerging technologies, Industry 4.0 trends, and automation solutions. By collaborating with senior management, operations, and clients, you'll develop cutting-edge strategies to streamline processes and propel long-term business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply chain technology trends—robotization, AI-driven automation, IoT, and advanced equipment—to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop transformative solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to design, implement, and scale innovations, ensuring seamless integration into operations.
• Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases, demonstrating the value and impact of new technologies.
• Continuously monitor innovation initiatives, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of Industry 4.0 and AI advancements, applying the latest methodologies to drive large-scale implementation.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in innovation, automation, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong understanding of robotization, AI, IoT, and digital transformation trends.
• Familiarity with 3PL industry challenges—logistics experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Proven track record in managing or supporting innovation projects, from research to execution.
• Strong communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Data-driven approach, with experience tracking performance and measuring success.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
