As our Senior IT Product Lead – Salesforce Platform, you’ll take ownership of the heart of our customer and business operations: Salesforce Core.
You’ll steer the platform’s roadmap, drive innovation, and make sure it delivers both technically and strategically. From system stability to user adoption, from data quality to architecture—you connect business needs with smart, scalable solutions.
This is what you will do
As Senior IT Product Lead – Salesforce Core, you are responsible for the functional management and evolution of our Salesforce platform. You act as the bridge between business, IT, audit, procurement, and users. You translate complex needs into clear, actionable plans, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver a stable, secure, and scalable platform.
You create direction and clarity in a dynamic environment. You’re hands-on when needed, but always focused on long-term value. Whether it’s improving compliance, supporting change, or introducing new capabilities—you make the Salesforce platform better, every day.
Your responsibilities
Maximize the technical and functional value of the Salesforce Core platform.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear features and platform improvements.
Prioritize and manage the team’s product backlog.
Ensure platform governance (performance, limits, licenses, audits).
Drive architectural improvements and platform strategy.
Support compliance, security, and data quality.
Collaborate closely with other Salesforce Product Leads and internal teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT.
Monitor adoption and improve platform usability.
Lead large-scale implementations and platform innovations.

Must-haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
6+ years of experience in IT roles such as Product Owner or Product Lead
Deep understanding of Salesforce Core functionality
Knowledge of CRM processes and system integrations
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Strong stakeholder and change management skills
Experience with Agile/SAFe and tools like Jira
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Nice-to-haves
A coaching leadership style that supports team development
Background in customer-facing environments with IT at the core
Affinity with compliance, security, and audits
