About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert on the production floor—troubleshooting technical issues, driving process improvements, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing performance. This is a hands-on role with great impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a regulated, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues and reducing deviations.
Lead root cause investigations and support continuous improvement projects.
Draft and update SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
Participate in validations, capability studies, and equipment evaluations.
Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical vocational education (MBO/HBO); preferably in engineering or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and process validation.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred).
Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
