About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert on the production floor—troubleshooting technical issues, driving process improvements, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing performance. This is a hands-on role with great impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a regulated, team-oriented environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues and reducing deviations.

  • Lead root cause investigations and support continuous improvement projects.

  • Draft and update SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.

  • Participate in validations, capability studies, and equipment evaluations.

  • Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
     

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Technical vocational education (MBO/HBO); preferably in engineering or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and process validation.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred).

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
