We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join one of our clients in the Biotech sector to play a crucial role on a large-scale IT transformation project. If you have a passion for quality, process optimization, and ensuring product excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Position: Test Coordinator
Location: Gelderland, Netherlands
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: By agreement
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft test plans and quality strategies for diverse software products.
- Coordinate testing activities across teams and oversee execution timelines.
- Perform both functional and non-functional tests to ensure product integrity.
- Report test results and key findings to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or improvement areas throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and improve the testing process to align with project goals and timelines.
- 4+ years of experience in a test coordination or related quality assurance role.
- Proficient in test planning, coordination, and execution in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities.
- Certification in ISTQB, TMAP, or similar is highly desirable.
