What you'll be doing

As a Salesforce Administrator at FinancialLease, you are the architect behind user-friendly and scalable solutions. You’ll be part of our dedicated development team, working closely with specialized business analysts, product owners, and scrum masters. You act as the bridge between business and development, translating needs into smart, sustainable Salesforce solutions. With a keen eye on performance, security, and data quality.

You'll also contribute to exciting projects such as:

• Building an automated lead routing system based on behavior scoring;

• A real-time sales dashboard integrated with external data sources;

• Ongoing improvements to our Sales Engine;

• Contributing to our long-term vision and North Star objectives.

What we offer

• A salary between €4,000 and €6,000 + 8% holiday allowance, profit sharing, and 25 vacation days;

• €500 net home office allowance + a laptop and commuting expenses;

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience and a true passion for Salesforce;

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions;

• Knowledge of flows, automation, and data cleaning;

• Salesforce Administrator certification (any additional certs? That’s a plus!);

• Bonus: Experience with API integrations and/or DevOps tooling.
