Join our Key Account Desk team at DHL Freight in Houten, where you will be a vital partner for our top clients. Collaborating with a team of seven colleagues, you will be collectively responsible for managing several major business-to-business accounts. This role demands your excellent communication, commercial, and administrative skills. As a Key Account Desk Specialist, you will be the primary contact for your clients, ensuring seamless management of their goods transport from start to finish. You will build long-term trust relationships and be accountable for optimal customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include proactively identifying issues, detecting needs, and providing solutions. You will effectively address client inquiries and coordinate with inside sales for quotations when necessary. You will also prepare client-specific and performance reports. Daily tasks involve handling rates, shipment statuses, and locations, as well as addressing any losses, claims, and damages. To manage these tasks efficiently, you will liaise with colleagues from sales, import/export, billing, and the warehouse, as well as international DHL colleagues. You thrive on the challenge of quickly switching between clients and colleagues to achieve results.

Wij vragen:

- We are looking for a customer-oriented go-getter with HBO work and thinking level and preferably around 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented support role, ideally in a logistics environment. You have an affinity for commerce and transport;
- You are an enthusiastic person who enjoys variety;
- You can prioritize effectively;
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- You are accurate in data processing and have good knowledge of automated systems (SAP, Excel);
- It goes without saying that you are customer-oriented and solution-focused;
