Are you technically skilled and eager to work in a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re looking for an Operator to join our team in a friendly and supportive work environment. Here, you’ll collaborate with great colleagues and enjoy a positive atmosphere. As an Operator, you’ll ensure the production process runs seamlessly. You’ll prepare production runs, keep the machines operating smoothly, and quickly troubleshoot any issues. You’ll also monitor and adjust speeds, temperatures, dosages, and materials as needed to guarantee that every product meets the highest quality standards. In return for your dedication, you’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €3,280 and €4,020 (including shift allowance), a 5.25% year-end bonus (excluding), and ample opportunities for growth and career development. Independently operate and manage a group of machines and/or oversee the uninterrupted progress of the processing line;
Supervise start-up and shutdown procedures;
Monitor and adjust automated processes as needed;
Perform various quality measurements and accurately record data in the QIS system;
Carry out basic repairs and routine maintenance tasks;
Independently troubleshoot and resolve minor malfunctions;
Clean machines and production lines to maintain hygiene standards;
Perform technical changeover activities independently;
Guide and motivate new or less experienced colleagues across different workstations;
Actively contribute ideas and proposals to improve the production process.

Je bent in het bezit van

You possess a Level 3 secondary vocational education (MBO) work and thinking ability;
You have extensive experience working in a production environment, preferably within the food industry;
You are experienced with automated systems;
You have a good command of English and are willing to learn Dutch;
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
