Action's Retail Leadership program is a development program that takes ambitious graduates from the store floor to the boardroom in just three years. For this reason, we're looking for the top graduate talent to experience this world-class training in retail operations, strategy, and leadership.

You have a Master's in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Business Economics or equivalent
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with intellectual curiosity
Experience with leadership roles in university, sports, volunteering, or internships with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work effectively across diverse European markets and learn from setbacks
Fluent English + Dutch
