Young Graduate Retail Leadership – Step Into Your Future with Action

Ready to launch your leadership career in retail? At Action, we believe in developing future leaders and are committed to helping you grow into that role. That is why we are introducing our Young Graduate Retail Leadership Programme: a hands-on, fast-paced traineeship, designed to kickstart your journey into retail management.

As a Retail Senior Trainee, you won’t just learn how stores operate; you’ll dive straight into the action, from store floors to key meetings, gaining firsthand experience on what it takes to lead from the front and help shape the future with one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers

With more than 2,900 stores in 13 countries, Action is expanding fast and none of that growth happens without our incredible store teams. Together with the Central Store Operations team, local teams play a key role delivering the Action promise to our customers.

Your background
  • A Masters’ degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Economics or equivalent
  • Leadership potential: you inspire, connect and take people with you
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
  • Willing and able to travel and gain international experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
