Real Estate Store Facility Analyst

(32-38 hours per week)

Action is an expanding Company and one of the core units that increases its size across our geographies and teams is Real Estate unit along the Facilities one. These two are always interdependent. We believe you could be our new colleague, joining in this new role of Real Estate Store Facility Analyst, part of the International HQ of Action, reporting into the Real Estate Group Facility Manager. Take a look!
 

This is your daily action

Overall this position focuses on Store Facility Management across our all 14 countries (maintenance). You are a facilities knowledge center and you support the RE Group Store Facility Manager in the implementation of new processes and strategies in the countries.

In particular, You:

  • Monitor/optimize the tickets and facility costs
  • Support the management of suppliers relationships and provide input/requirements to procurement for contract negotiations with facility management companies.
  • Are the business owner of cross-EU supplier contracts, monitor performance of these suppliers (or sub-contractors) across the countries (with input from country teams). You help coordinate notifications to external suppliers, landlords/other internal departments, service requests for store maintenance.

This is you

You are naturally an organized and structured person, who has pragmatism and processes optimization as a core professional driver. Sustainability is an important topic that you follow and support in your daily life thus translating this goal into a work environment comes easy to you. You are a senior expert who acts as a reliable team member but can autonomously whenever the situation calls for it.

In addition, you have:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (or a relevant higher education level in a related field)
  • Business English both written and spoken (proficiency of any other western EU language is a strong benefit)
  • Proven Project management experience within facilities/real estate
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory framework across Europe (facility management)
  • Experience in an international facility management department/company (preferably related to retail/hospitality/manufacturing)
  • Advanced user of a large ERP system (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to travel across Europe ~30% of time
