Job Description
Are you ready to launch your career as a Workshop Technician in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team in Hoofddorp, where you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical and electrical control equipment for engines and turbines.

Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose incoming governors and industrial control equipment
· Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical and electrical components
· Conduct functional testing and quality checks
· Accurately document findings, repairs, and test results
· Collaborate with field service and engineering teams
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

What We’re Looking For
· MBO4+ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
· Hands-on technical skills; workshop experience is a plus but not required
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
· Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
· Valid Dutch/EU work permit
