For our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead Marketing & Supply Chain who will ensure the smooth execution of all commercial and supply chain activities within a large international organization. You will be working at the Dutch branch of an international, family-owned company in the food industry. From the site in Veghel, products are developed, produced, and distributed to various markets across Europe. It’s a large and well-structured location, where departments such as supply chain, marketing, and production work closely together. The organization values short lines of communication, well-defined processes, and strong collaboration.

What will you do? As an Project Lead Marketing & Supply Chain, you are the link between strategy and execution. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of marketing and product activities within the national market. Together with teams from supply chain, marketing, and sales, you ensure all activities are delivered in line with the strategy and planning.

You will:

• Monitor the progress of the national activity plan and align with regional teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for all activity planning topics.
• Identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and bring structure where needed.
• Ensure excellent execution of approved projects and promotions.
• Support effective teamwork across departments, even when things get challenging.

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in supply chain, marketing, or business administration.
• Proven project management experience in a complex, international environment.
• Affinity with processes, data, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a nice to have!).
• Ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment and switch easily between teams and topics.
