Do you love helping others? Are you great at keeping things organized? Then you might be the experienced service pro we’re looking for! In this international role based in Eindhoven, you’ll support teams and customers across Europe. Use your skills in customer service and administration to make a real impact.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Senior Service Administrator, you’ll support internal teams and customers across Europe. You’ll handle administrative tasks and help everything run smoothly. This is a full-time role (36–40 hours) for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Field Service and Account Managers with daily operations
  • Prepare service contract quotes and process orders
  • Maintain product data in our ERP system
  • Solve billing issues and handle invoices
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
  • Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient

  • Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,200
  • 25 vacation days (based on full-time)

Wat vragen wij?
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication in English additional French, German, Spanish
  • A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
