Your new job
In this job, you will play an important role in the production of new medicines produced from blood plasma. As a production employee, you are responsible for carrying out pharmaceutical production work with blood plasma or quality testing of produced (intermediate) products. You can think of the following tasks:

Making preparations to start the production process;Executing / supporting the production process on the basis of GMP protocols and regulations;Elaboration and recording of all actions performed in the logbook and protocols;Registering raw materials and auxiliary materials in the information system;Identifies deviations in the prescribed working method, records them and reports them to the senior operator or manager;Performing and assessing quality checks on processes, materials and (intermediate) products and their sterility, such as sampling and inspection;Supporting the execution of validation and calibration work;Cleaning used equipment and materials, and, where necessary, performing minor (technical) maintenance and resolving malfunctions;Keeping track of and replenishing the stock.

What do you need to be successful?

• To be eligible for this position, you need at least a VMBO diploma with at least 1–2 years of GMP experience as a production worker within the pharmaceutical, medical device or food industry.  
• You enjoy working in a production environment, and you are a communicative, socially skilled and enthusiastic person. 
• Able to work both individually and in a team, always striving for the best results. 
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. 
• Finally, you are able to perform physical work such as lifting/moving heavy objects. 
• You are available to work in shifts which may include nights/weekends.

What do you get in return?  
Hays Detachering | You will start with a contract through Hays and then be taken over by the customer if you perform well. Based on your background and experience, you will receive a salary of €2800 to €3500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week. In addition, you will work in a 2,3 or 5 shift system for which you will receive an extra allowance. Finally, you will receive a good fringe benefits package in which, amongst other things, your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
