The Role
As an Activity Management Leader you will ensures smooth planning and execution of product launches and marketing activities in the local market. The role connects marketing, supply, and regional teams to align on timelines and priorities. It’s about driving flawless execution and managing stakeholders
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the execution of market activities (e.g. product launches, campaigns) in line with the national plan.
Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply, deployment, regional teams).
Track timelines, risks, and issues, and take action to keep activities on schedule.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all local activity-related projects.
Support pipeline sufficiency planning as part of the S&OP+ process.
Ensure activities follow governance standards (QuEST framework).
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO or WO level) with solid project management experience
Strong skills in process optimization and stakeholder management
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
Experience in a similar role within a large international organization, understanding complex processes
Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
