Working Hours
In this role, you work 40 hours per week. From week 29 until week 40, you will work in three-shift operations: early shift, late shift, and night shift. The shifts rotate weekly.

• Early shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30
• Late shift: Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 23:00
• Night shift: Sunday evening to Friday morning from 23:00 to 06:00

During the night shift, you actually work 6.5 hours, but you will be paid for the full 8 hours.

Important: In September, there are limited possibilities to request leave.

Employment agency Manpower is looking in the region of Heerlen for full-time logistics employees for Boston Scientific Kerkrade.

As a logistics employee in the inbound department, you play an important role in handling medical goods. Each day, you start with your team and then sort incoming deliveries carefully. You register all items in the system to keep track of everything. Finally, you move the goods to their correct places in the warehouse. Your work helps keep the process running smoothly and ensures medical products are ready when needed.

In addition to a good salary, Operations DL employees receive an attractive bonus scheme:

• €1,000 gross bonus in December 2025 if you work at least 7 weekend days between September 6 and November 30. And the best part? All weekend hours are paid with a 200% allowance!
• €3,000 gross bonus in February 2026 if you remain employed throughout January 2026
• If you do not work additional weekend days but remain employed in January, you still receive a €1,000 gross bonus in February

• Own transport (car, moped, scooter or bicycle) to get to the work location
• Able to produce a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Physically able to move pallets with the aid of a (hand) pallet truck and to place boxes on shelves
• Command of the English language, so you are able to understand work instructions in English
• Availability of 40 hours per week

A diploma is not required! Do you want to develop yourself? Then Boston Scientific offers you the opportunity to obtain a diploma in logistics!

Starting June 30, you can choose to use a taxi service that will take you to your work location.
The taxi service is available upon request and will be deducted from your travel allowance.
There are five pick-up points for the taxi, including the train and bus station.
