Are you great with numbers, love solving problems, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Stock and Inventory Manager to lead inventory planning and procurement, while ensuring stock accuracy and store compliance across the region
Description
In this role, you'll work closely with teams like Product, Retail, IT, and Supply Chain to keep inventory flowing, manage supplier relationships, and make sure our systems and processes are top-notch. You'll be the expert on RFID tools, stock audits, and inventory insight, helping us reduce shrink, boost availability, and support store success.
What you'll do:
- Lead inventory planning and buying strategies
- Keep stock accurate and processes compliant
- Work with teams across the business to improve inventory performance
- Analyze data to support smart buying decisions
- Help set up new stores and manage supplier deals
Profile
- 3-5+ years of experience in inventory, retail buying, or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/RFID systems
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of retail compliance (EU experience is a plus)
