Are you an administrative worker with a passion for the aviation industry? Do you want to contribute to the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance and repairs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you with our client!

As an Aircraft Material Purchasing Officer you will be responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of aircraft components and related services. Your role ensures that all materials and services are available at the right time and under the best conditions, enabling maintenance processes to run efficiently and without interruptions. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external suppliers, proactively ensuring that aircraft remain safe and operational on time.

  • Processing purchase, repair, and sales orders.
  • Organizing and following up on shipments, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) transportation.
  • Generating reports for internal and external clients.
  • Managing high-value components during maintenance projects.
  • Providing administrative support to the Logistics team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations for the Sales Manager.


Gevraagd

  • At least 2 years of work experience in an equivalent function.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


Aanbod

  • A starting salary of €3200 per month (incl. ADV) with opportunity to grow to €3900 after 7 months of employment.
  • 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and pension contributions.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of 60 km per working day.
  • Possibility of a direct contract with the company after six to seven months of employment.
  • A position in an international team.
