What you will do:

  • Collaborate with retail and department leadership teams on hiring, development, retention, succession planning and full scope of employee success

  • Partner alongside retail and department leadership teams on employee morale and engagement, ensuring all employee related concerns are resolved in a timely manner

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Work within HR department adopting an efficient and pragmatic approach and way of working

  • Partnering closely with the business and HR team to ensure that Suitsupply has the necessary processes and structures in place

  • Optimize and streamline processes and strategic projects supporting HR business functions

  • Ensure all HR duties are completed such as employee performance reviews, corrective actions and salary analysis in support of the employee life cycle

  • Assist and support building leadership capabilities

Who you are:

  • Minimum seven years relevant work experience, preferably within a fast-paced international work environment

  • Strong background in Dutch labor law, employee sickness in The Netherlands, and a proven track record around improving employee sickness

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • Can demonstrate team building and leadership skills

  • Proven track record of effective use of EU labor law and using HR best practices

  • Inspirational, problem solver with exceptional communication skills

  • Willing to travel minimum 50%

  • Full professional proficiency in English
