As a Back Office Employee you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that our customers in the UK are optimally supported. You will work with different teams where you will be the link between Sales, Customer Service and customers.

Your work consists of:

Preparing quotations and ensuring correct customer registration
Contact with the Customer Service team on order processing and transport
Correct and timely handling of export shipments

Gevraagd

You have MBO+ (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level and at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
You can speak both English and Dutch
You are proactive, accurate and solution-oriented
You like working in international trade and with export processes
Some knowledge of export documentation and CRM systems is a plus, but not a requirement

A salary between €2,800 and €3,400 per month and 25 vacation days for a good work-life balance * A 40-hour work week (32 hours is negotiable)
