Preparing and presenting quarterly reports with forecasts
Annual planning and budget management throughout the year
Preparing the annual report and coordinating the audit
Point of contact for partners, supervisory board, and external advisors
Coordinating financial processes and managing the finance administrator
Driving optimizations within finance with a focus on digital tools
Take full responsibility for all financial processes
Collaborate closely with the finance administrator
Report directly to one of the partners
Ensure accurate and reliable financial administration
Deliver insightful and timely financial reports
Lead process improvements using AI tools and efficient workflows
Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the ongoing professionalization of the finance function

Gevraagd

Relevant experience in finance & control, including annual reporting
Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
Experience with Excel, Exact Online, and Power BI
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Solution-oriented, curious, and accurate
Available to work at least 50% of your time at the Amsterdam office
