Over het werk

You start your day with an energetic briefing, sharing KPIs and enthusing the team for the day. You check the schedule, divide tasks, and run with them: from order picking and return flows to coordinating the reach truck drivers. Mid-day, you discuss process improvements and identify bottlenecks-quality and safety are your priority.

In the afternoon you monitor performance via WMS/ERP system, resolve operational challenges and coach your team to meet goals together. In the afternoon hours you ensure that all work is completed smoothly and briefly coordinate with logistics partners. You end the day with a short evaluation, because you believe in continuous learning and improvement.
