This role offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support financial operations through ledger management, reporting, budgeting, and payment processing. Description

  • General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions in the ERP system.
  • Payments Processing: Prepare and execute payment files and payment orders.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoicing, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and correct customer receipts.
  • Month- and Year-End Closing: Support the preparation of financial statements.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Create periodic and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into company performance.

Profile

The Successful Candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Has 2 years of experience in financial administration or accounting
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., Exact Online, PowerBI, or similar)
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Works well both independently and within a team
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Is fluent in English or Dutch
