Senior Manager Business Process

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit who are able to carry out great ideas in practice. You fit in our team when you have highly developed conceptual thinking skills and when you can easily draw insights and conclusions from complex matters

What are you going to do?

As a Senior Consultant Business Process, you contribute to the development of Valcon, with an emphasis on the Business Process Capability. You have an active role in the acquisition of new projects and promote the entrepreneurial climate within the organization. You take responsibility for the quality of our work, you organize, lead and monitor projects of individuals and the coherence of those projects. This helps the client improve their business processes.

Responsibilities

Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
Optimizig (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
Acting as the operational leader of one or more project teams.
Managing stakeholders from entire organisations.
Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers.
Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
Building and promoting ‘Valcon’; focus on expanding the Business Process Capability.

Experience

A completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience including experience in consultancy.
At least 5 years of experience as the responsible manager in a project environment (with a good track record).
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling & Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture.
Understanding the important developments within the process capability.
Strong personality and a real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills.
Commercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
