At DHL in Eindhoven, we are looking for a support planner for transport planning. You will work full-time, between 32 and 40 hours per week, playing a crucial role in our team. You ensure that all customer orders are scheduled smoothly and efficiently. This is a challenging task given the wide range of customers, from small to large companies. Your day begins with assessing incoming transport orders. You analyze, plan, and optimize routes to work as efficiently as possible. This is done in consultation with colleagues and drivers. In between, you solve ad-hoc problems and ensure clear communication with customers. Stress resistance and quick decision-making are essential here.
