Do you want to be at the forefront of building world-class superyachts? We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Engineer – Construction who will take ownership of the entire hull engineering scope – from first sketches to flawless finish.

As a Project Engineer – Construction, you are responsible for the complete casco engineering scope of the yacht. You lead a team of engineers and serve as the link between the client, shipyard, and subcontractors. Your goal: to ensure that all construction elements come together seamlessly, meet the highest quality standards, and are delivered within time and budget.

Your role will involve:

• Ensure all construction designs meet technical and regulatory requirements
• Assess manufacturability and provide input for project scope development
• Lead and coach a team of engineers within the construction discipline
• Provide technical guidance and ensure correct and complete documentation
• Coordinate engineering tasks, manage information flow, and support planning
• Act as the key technical liaison between client, engineering, production, and suppliers
• Collaborate with subcontractors, internal disciplines, and the yard to ensure smooth execution

• Bsc or MSc degree in Naval Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of engineering experience in shipbuilding
• Strong experience with quality control in steel construction or shipbuilding (hull phase)
• Able to read technical drawings and work with inspection tools
• Knowledge of applicable safety and quality regulations
• Solid communication skills in Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel frequently to yards and supplier locations within the Netherlands

• Salary up to €79,000 per year
