Are you a skilled metalworker with natural leadership qualities? Can you motivate a team while also working hands-on in high-quality steel fabrication? Then this position as Foreman at a growing steel construction company in Ossendrecht is for you!

As Foreman, you’ll lead a team of welders and fabricators in the production hall. You will assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and check the quality of the work. You’ll also actively participate in production and act as a point of contact for both the team and planning staff. You’ll ensure a safe, efficient, and positive work environment — and deliver top-quality, custom-made steel structures with your team. After just two months, you may be offered a direct contract!

• A full-time, responsible leadership role (40 hours per week)
• You are going to work in a dayshift
• A monthly salary between € 3,400 and € 4,100 gross, depending on experience and leadership ability
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay
• Start via Adecco with a chance of a permanent contract after two months

Easily accessible by car and public transport from West Brabant and Zeeland. There is a bus stop nearby.

• Proven experience in steel construction or metalwork
• Experience as a foreman or team leader is a strong plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• MBO-level thinking and working ability
• Willingness to travel to Ossendrecht
