As a project manager, you coordinate projects from A to Z and set everything in motion to achieve the desired result. Our E/I (Electrical/Instrumentation) projects are carried out daily for clients in the petrochemical market segment. You will manage project scope, planning, resources, budgets, and customer relations to ensure on-time, within-budget, and quality execution. You are the key link between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.

In Goes, our focus lies in providing smart, innovative, and sustainable industrial automation, electrical, and mechanical solutions to clients in industries such as food & beverage, chemical, logistics, and manufacturing. client looks ahead. You manage progress, coordinate execution, and ensure quality. Naturally, you ensure that you and your team achieve the intended goal, while minimizing risks and making the most of opportunities. You are given a great deal of trust and freedom to shape this role.

A specific focus area is building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client in order to secure potential follow-up assignments. Do you also have strong social skills? Then those will come in very handy!

How do you do this?

By steering for safety, quality, costs, and planning;
Aligning the scope of work in consultation with the client and project team;
Maintaining contact with clients, colleagues, and our other business units in the Netherlands;
Continuously managing and coordinating multiple projects throughout the entire process;
Collaborating with, managing, and aligning the scope with subcontractors;
Sharing your expertise and knowledge in preparing and submitting quotations together with the commercial team. Our business units offer a full package of services;
Functionally managing the project team, consisting of (lead) engineers, work preparers, and execution staff.

A driven Project Manager, preferably with experience (3-5years). It is a plus if your experience is within Electrical Engineering and/or Petrochemical projects. It’s a big plus if you have completed an HBO (Bachelor) or MBO level 4 education in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering (possibly with additional project management training), but we’re not looking for a unicorn.
