As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative and reliable structural solutions across a diverse range of projects. Working closely with stakeholders—including architects, contractors, and clients—you will lead the design process, translate technical challenges into practical solutions, and ensure compliance with structural and safety standards.

What do you need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline, with additional HTI or Master's-level qualifications such as HVA, BV, or BmS.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural engineering, ideally in complex, large-scale construction projects.
Proficient in structural analysis tools such as Technosoft and FEM packages like SCIA, RFEM, or ETABS.
Strong analytical thinking with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of professional integrity.
Dutch language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
