Your new role
Are you an accurate and proactive operator with experience in logistics and affinity with the pharmaceutical sector? Then this position as a Distribution Operator at Prothya Biosolutions might be your new challenge! As a Distribution Operator, you are responsible for the receipt, storage and distribution of high-quality, temperature-sensitive products. Your role is crucial in ensuring quality and safety within our logistics process.

The successful candidate will have knowledge in the following:

Receipt: Physical and administrative processing (SAP) of incoming products, including returns, according to applicable GMP/GDP and PGS-15 guidelines.Storage & Inventory Management: Storage of products in accordance with regulations, control and processing of storage temperatures, inventory management and corrections, and batch coordination.Transport: Responsible for the safe transport of products, both internally and to customers, including programming temperature loggers.Deviation registration: Identifying, reporting and addressing deviations in consultation to ensure product quality and safety.Workplace management: Ensure a clean and orderly workplace, including equipment maintenance and management of necessary inventory such as dry ice and packaging.

Organisation & Training: Independently organise the daily and weekly departmental tasks, including on-call duty for urgent shipments, and ensure up-to-date training and qualification documents

What you'll need to succeed
You have an MBO-4 diploma and at least 5 years of work experience in logistics or the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an operational or quality role.You have experience with ERP systems such as SAP and are able to work independently within SOPs and quality guidelines.You have excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and a basic knowledge of English.You have a practical attitude and feel responsible for quality, safety and cleanliness in your working environment.Experience with fork and reach truck is a plus.
