Our MEA region (Middle East & Africa) covers approximately 50 countries with a growing and dynamic commercial landscape. To support our continuous growth, we are seeking a Pricing & Margin Optimization Analyst to ensure data-driven margin management and price accuracy across markets.

This new role was created in response to evolving regional needs and aims to bring clarity, support, and accuracy to pricing and margin strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining our pricing tool, analysing margin discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to commercial teams.

You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and finance, ensuring our commercial practices are aligned with market conditions, currency fluctuations, shipping costs, and more. This is a high-impact role focused on operational excellence.

About the Role: Driving Commercial Insight and Margin Health
 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the pricing tool (built in Power Apps), ensuring it’s functional, user-friendly, and updated.

  • Support the IT team during the final implementation and adjustment phases of the pricing tool.

  • Monitor target margins across regions and provide insights into deviations or inconsistencies.

  • Deliver margin analysis reports across MEA countries, identifying gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to evaluate and propose adjustments to pricing or target margins.

  • Incorporate external variables such as shipping costs, supplier costs, container prices, and currency risks into margin analyses.

  • Provide support to large sales deals with complex pricing and logistical components.

  • Act as a bridge between operational execution and financial oversight in the pricing process.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in pricing, margin analysis, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role.

  • Experience in manufacturing, export-oriented, or animal nutrition businesses is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Info M3 is a plus.

  • Solid analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to commercial and financial detail.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools.

  • Fluency in English, French will be considered a plus

  • Practical, hands-on, and proactive approach.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse cultures and departments.

  • A team player who works independently and takes ownership.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with occasional ambiguity.

  • Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to understand local market drivers.
