The Quality Assurance Manager is positioned at country level with a direct reporting line to the Benelux Quality Manager. You will be responsible for the local quality management systems in the location that are needed to meet all internal and external quality & feed safety requirements.

About The Role
R
esponsibilities
 

Quality Leadership

  • Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Create and deliver quality training programs to foster organization-wide quality awareness

  • Serve as primary liaison with certification bodies and regulatory authorities

Performance Excellence

  • Conduct supplier assessments and internal audits

  • Manage CAPAs and customer complaints resolution

  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive actions

  • Support customer interactions and satisfaction initiatives
     

Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain permits and support product registrations

  • Lead regulatory inspections and ensure compliance updates

  • Define monitoring plans for incoming and manufactured products

Skills and Expertise
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal/Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field

  • Expertise in food and feed safety regulations

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI standards, and quality management systems

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Excellent communication and training abilities

  • Data analysis and attention to detail

  • Independent and collaborative work styles

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal & written)

  • Professional proficiency in MS Office Suit
