Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology? Join the Exact Research & Innovation team as a software engineer and help shape the future of accounting software. We’re looking for someone who thrives on exploring cutting-edge technologies—like .NET, Azure, and AI—and turning ideas into impactful prototypes.

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to technical and functional innovation in Exact’s accounting software. Your daily activities will include:

• Researching the latest developments in .NET and related technologies
• Building prototypes using .NET Blazor for web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Collaborating with the Research & Innovation team to brainstorm and develop future-ready, AI-driven accounting solutions

You’ll be warmly welcomed by your colleagues in Exact Technology. Your immediate team consists of 6–8 members and is part of a larger group of 600 tech professionals from around the world—a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic community.

• A completed university degree in a STEM field
• A strong interest in software and emerging technologies
• Basic knowledge of .NET; experience with Blazor is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud services (preferably Azure) and AI technologies
• A drive to maximize innovation, performance, and productivity
• Affinity with accounting, financial, or administrative software, and a willingness to engage in functional discussions over time
