Bij Nedcargo in Tiel zoeken we een Orderpicker die van aanpakken weet. Je start je dag met koffie en een praatje, klaar om koffie- en theeproducten te verzamelen. Je krijgt hulp in het begin zodat je snel alles weet. Het bedrijf groeit en jij kunt daar deel van uitmaken. Je werkt in ploegen met goede toeslagen en reiskostenvergoeding. Start your day with a coffee and a chat with your colleagues before diving into your role as an order picker at Nedcargo. You play a crucial part in the process, responsible for picking coffee and tea products of various weights. During your first week, you'll be guided by an experienced employee to help you settle into your role. If you're looking for a permanent position in a fantastic company that's opening a new location, this is your chance!Wij bieden:
- A salary starting from €14.40 plus an 8.75% shift allowance (for those aged 21 and over);
- Overtime compensation at 130% for more than 40 hours per week;
- Saturday work compensation at 150%;
- Travel allowance from 10 km onwards;
- A permanent position for the long term in a new environment.
Wij vragen:
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic;
- Experience with order picking using EPT and scanner;
- Physically and mentally fit to handle large quantities of packages;
- Willingness to work in two shifts;
- Availability for 40 hours per week.
