As a greenhouse worker, you will be engaged in every stage of the plant cultivation process within our nursery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transplanting and re-potting plants
• Weed management and removal
• Conducting plant health assessments
• Preparing plants for transport and distribution

Work will take place in both the greenhouse and the warehouse. You will be scheduled to work from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional shifts on Saturdays when required. The standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM.

Our company is a plant nursery specializing in the sustainable and hygienic cultivation of high-quality vegetable plants. Additionally, we are heavily involved in floriculture, offering professional growers expanded cultivation of gerbera flowers. We also produce the renowned potted plant Gerbera Durora, both as a starting material and a finished product. During the spring and summer months, we cultivate the blooming potted Gerbera Durora for retail distribution. All our products are grown sustainably, utilizing geothermal energy for optimal efficiency.

• Salary: €14.06 gross per hour
• Bonus payment when work overtime: 60% after 38 hours per week
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometer for distances between 10 and a maximum of 26 km one way
