The Team Lead Agriculture Support is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate administration and information management processes for the Agriculture department in the HAFPAL area. This includes leading the Agricultural. Support team and driving optimal performance in the department.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Administration
•    Ensure accurate and timely administration and settlements.
•    Oversee food safety and seed potato administration.
•    Facilitate the LW potato contracting process.
•    Collect and compile data to create the annual potato contract plan, detailing volumes, varieties, regions, timings, and prices.
•    Monitor and report the execution of the Potato Contract Plan, addressing deviations.
2. Potato Sourcing Policy and Governance
•    Support the implementation and compliance with the Potato Sourcing Policy and governance guidelines.
•    Optimize contract procedures and conditions.
•    Manage grower contracts and maintain up-to-date potato position data.
•    Provide input to the HAFPAL Sr. Manager Agricultural Operations.
3. Potato Information, Reporting, and Analysis
•    Develop, optimize, and distribute potato sourcing reports for management teams.
•    Provide data for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial price forecasts for potato costs.
•    Analyze potato cost results and support Finance & Controlling teams.
4. Potato P2P Key User
•    Support the automation, standardization, and optimization of logistics and administrative processes.
•    Test and document SAP improvements.
•    Provide training, develop user manuals, and create process flows.
•    Maintain and optimize tools like the Potato Grower Portal, I-Potato app, and BO/BW reporting tool.
5. Leadership
•    Lead, develop, motivate, and energize the Agriculture Support Team to achieve their potential and improve employee satisfaction.

Requirements: Education and Experience
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
•    Advanced knowledge of the agricultural sector.
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international agricultural companies.
•    Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
•    Strong analytical and communication skills.
•    Proven integrity, professionalism, and self-drive.
•    Initiative and persistence in exceeding expectations.
•    Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
