What are my responsibilities?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Your areas of responsibility include; the Midtown Grill Restaurant, our Minibar and In-Room Dining department, the M Club Lounge, TWLV Bar, Banqueting and our Kitchen and Stewarding area. You will lead the F&B team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction. You will report directly to our Director of F&B

You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service toensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you:

• Have experience in an international hospitality chain;
• Have 5 years’ experience in leading a team;
• Have experience in the role of F&B manager in another big operations property;
• Are able to coach and motivate people;
• Are flexible in working hours and days;
• Can speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
• Have a European passport or Dutch work visa
