Our client is a leading landscaping company. With a passion for nature and a commitment to sustainability, they have been maintaining public and private green spaces for years. Their mission is to make cities and villages greener and more liveable. To strengthen their team, they are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cooperating Foreman Greening.
As Cooperating Foreman Greening, you are the linchpin of the team and ensure the efficient and effective performance of various green space activities. You are both operationally active and responsible for the day-to-day management of your team. Your duties include:
- Assisting in the construction of gardens
- Experience in private garden construction
- Leadership experience
- Managing multiple work teams
- Planning of materials
- Planning of machines
- Monitoring quality of work
- Monitoring the progress of projects
- Communication between Back Office and Production
We are looking for an Cooperating Foreman Greening who possesses the following qualities:
- Driving licence BE
- Communicative skills
- Speaking and understanding German
- Reference(s) from previous employer(s)
