Are you a Marketeer with an interest in agriculture? Do you want to drive a content strategy that empowers Agrifirm and its customers to build a responsible food chain for future generations? Then we would like to meet you!

The challenge

As a Content Marketeer at Agrifirm, you develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes coordinating, reviewing, managing, and distributing high-quality content across various channels to engage target audiences, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. By optimizing content for SEO and tracking performance, the content marketeer ensures continuous improvement, fostering customer engagement and supporting business growth.
 

You will be working closely with the sales, portfolio management and R&D departments. You will join a team of four marketeers and you will be an important part of the broader Royal Agrifirm Group Marketing Communications community. The reporting line is directly to the Head of Marketing EMEA.
 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing a content marketing strategy;
  • Developing a content calendar;
  • Coordinating, reviewing, and editing content such as (technical) articles, social media posts etc.;
  • SEO optimization and performance tracking;
  • Monitoring trends and adjusting content to improve visibility and engagement;
  • External content distribution; Managing distribution schedules and channels to ensure the right content reaches the right audience at the right time;
  • Internal distribution; Managing an internal knowledge platform that stores all available information (product information, trial reports, R&D projects, sales materials...) and is accessible to sales and other departments.
     

What’s on your resume?

  • At least bachelor degree in marketing or communication;
  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing;
  • A passion for the agricultural sector;
  • You are fluent in English, every other language is a plus.
