For our clients, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to lead teams on the work floor. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on the work floor, managing a team of employees and make sure that all targets and deadlines are met. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe and organised environment and be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed correctly.
Job description
- Managing and supervising a team;
- Perform administrative tasks;
- You will be the point of contact in case of problems;
- Working in two shifts;
- You will work in a team.
- You are available full-time and flexible in working hours;
- You speak and understand at least Dutch or English and Polish;
- Driving licence B is an advantage;
- You are motivated, have a sense of leadership, are solution-oriented and stress-resistant.
