Tracking the shipment status with the service providers to keep the overview of the in-transit shipments.
Customer service: being the first contact point for our customer regarding orders, shipments, or other requested tasks.
Administration: Keeping records of all the operation data and assisting monthly invoicing and report preparation.

Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in the warehouse.
Support warehouse operations when necessary, working collaboratively with the team.
Ensure accurate inventory records and efficient space management.
Quickly respond to warehouse operational challenges and resolve issues logically.
Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and other departments.
Work under pressure during peak times to meet tight deadlines.

Gevraagd

Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or warehouse operations is required.
Must be fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese.
Physically fit, able to lift and move goods as required.
Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
High efficiency and strong attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
