Are you customer-oriented, fluent in Turkish and English, and eager to work in an international environment? Then this position at Dow in Terneuzen is perfect for you! As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will act as the link between customers, suppliers, and various internal departments. You ensure smooth operations related to orders, procurement, and service.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Client Services Representative for Dow Terneuzen.

In this role, you serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. You are responsible for seamless processing of procurement and order workflows and provide proactive support to the procurement team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as an interface between procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Resolving issues related to goods receipt and invoicing
• Verifying order data and supplier information
• Assisting in defining purchasing requirements such as specifications, volumes, and logistics
• Supporting sourcing managers with service contracts and pricing updates
• Reporting on procurement request statuses and supplier performance
• Analyzing data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Executive Dashboard
• Managing customer relationships: processing orders, following up, and resolving service requests
• Identifying customer needs and market developments to deliver optimal service

Functie-eisen

• A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
• Excellent command of both Turkish and English, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure
• Experience in order management, customer service, or procurement is a plus
• Experience with systems such as SAP, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong advantage
