The Role
As a Customer Facing Coordinator you will handle orders and shipments for global markets, making sure customers get their products on time. They manage stock, resolve issues, and work with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. The role also involves improving processes and supporting special requests, like humanitarian orders

Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process customer orders and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
  • Customer Support: Provide updates on order status and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle supply delays, stock issues, and payment problems.
  • Special Orders: Manage humanitarian shipments and other special requests.
  • Stock Monitoring: Track stock levels and take action to prevent shortages.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve supply chain processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams like finance, logistics, and supply chain for smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a similar industry.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with systems like Rapid Response and SAP (preferred).
  • Knowledge of customer service processes, regulatory requirements, and supply chain planning.
  • Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills.
