A global leader in the dairy industry, committed to delivering high-quality nutritional products, is seeking a Team Lead Order Fulfilment to enhance supply chain efficiency and service excellence.
Role Description
As Team Lead Order Fulfilment, you will manage a team, oversee order processing, and optimize workflows to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders and play a key role in process improvements and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Order Fulfilment team
- Oversee complaints and queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Write and update procedures, work instructions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle escalations and resolve issues
- Conduct performance reviews and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience in an international distribution, logistics, or customer service-oriented environment
- Experience with stakeholder management
Other Information
- Prior experience leading a team is a must
- Experience in an international distribution, logistics, CS environment
- Working from home max 1 day
- Occasionally travel between Meppel and Veghel locations
