Our client is a top company that makes vaccines and medicines for animals. They've been researching and developing these products for 75 years, focusing on preventing infections in pets and farm animals. They also run the Dutch sales office and are committed to improving animal health worldwide.
About the role
You’ll be part of a global analytical technology organization, with a specialized team in Oss acting as a Center of Excellence for foreign matter analysis and packaging characterization. This team plays a critical role in ensuring packaging materials and components meet strict quality and regulatory standards for global health products.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute various analytical tasks related to packaging characterization, such as: water vapor and moisture transmission analysis, container closure integrity, leak, tensile and rub testing
- Dimensional analysis of packaging components
- Register samples and accurately document raw data
- Write study protocols and analytical reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory environment in compliance with EHS standards
Requirements
- HBO degree in a technical field (or equivalent)
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
- Familiarity with material science and packaging testing techniques
- Experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) is preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP is an advantage
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and verbal
